These terms govern use of this website and the general basis on which Kraftloc provides services. Specific engagements are governed by the separate proposal or contract we sign with you.
Using this site
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Content here is for information; it is not a binding offer and may change without notice.
Services & quotes
- Prices shown are indicative starting points. Every engagement is confirmed with a fixed written quote before work begins.
- Scope, timelines and deliverables are set out in your proposal or statement of work.
- Typical launches run 4–8 weeks depending on scope and how quickly inputs and approvals come back.
Payment
Payment terms are stated in your proposal or invoice. Late or missed payments may pause work until resolved.
Ownership of work
Once an engagement is paid in full, you own the deliverables — code, accounts and IP produced for you. We may retain our own pre-existing tools, know-how and general techniques, and (unless you ask us not to) reference the work in our portfolio.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, assets and timely approvals.
- Hold the necessary rights to any materials you give us to use.
- Ensure your use of what we build complies with applicable laws and platform rules.
Warranties & liability
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided "as is," and our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Third-party platforms
Work often relies on third-party platforms (ad networks, hosting, payment and AI providers). Their availability, policies and pricing are outside our control.
Governing terms
Where these website terms and a signed engagement contract differ, the signed contract prevails for that engagement.
